Internet Friendships

Communicating long distance
can be so hard to bare sometimes
a message is exhilaration
but a let down when there`s no hug
to see your face on the laptop
your eyes light up with affection
to hear your voice is such a joy
wish I could hold you so tight
your friendship means so much to me
feel I can tell you anything
eventually we will meet in person
and find out if this could really work
until then I`ll treasure your kindness
and look forward to your next message.!
