This key to my heart, is not easy to win

for many have tried to gain my hand

nothing ever comes easy for me

so tell me.... do you have what I need

as only one will win my heart

Lissie Bull Poetry: Hi I`m Lissie, I was born in Cheshire and now live in Bristol. I have always loved poetry and wrote as a child. Took it back up after my husband Steve died in 2007. It was a way for helping me cope with being a widow and bringing up four children. I love to paint pictures through the use of words. Influenced by every day events and emotions, I write from the heart. I have had 10 poems published in "Women Poets of the 2014 and now working on an anthology of my own poems.
