Little hedgehogs

This little hedgehog, along with his friends, are looking for cuddles, love and a new home.
These hedgehogs are friendly and would make a wonderful Christmas gift.
Why not check them out and let me know if you can offer them homes.

Warm by the fireside...

Sat here listening to the rain upon my window
Each large drop reflecting the scene in it`s glow

There`s constant patter of water hitting the sill
Sending cold shivers through me as if I was ill

Winds howl as rain falls constantly from heavy clouds
Covering the whole landscape with thick watery shrouds

The skies darken as the stormy weather sets in
Time to stay all snug by the fire with a good gin

No matter how hard the rain continues to fall
I`m wrapped up all cosy in my warm woollen shawl

A splash of ice

jagged and spiky

frail and brittle

a moment in time

each one so different

a sheer work of art

through the bitter cold

beauty is beheld!

Joys of Christmas

Reindeer dash across the sky
this snowy festive night
creating magic as they go

it's such an awesome sight

Hear the jingling of the bells

on Santa`s laden sleigh

bringing to all the children

the joys of Christmas day

Life`s Pathway

Life is never easy
which ever way you look at it
for there are many paths to chose from
the question is...which one ?

some roads are smooth
appearing to lead to a paradise
pleasant to the senses
meandering through gentle landscape

others are ragged and rocky
uneven and hard to conquer
dark and foreboding
some people would shy away

where would your journey take you ?
to a place of happiness or hell !
life is made up of choices
so...which road would you take ?

Many Blessings

                     Christmas brings

   On sweet stars and

                  Glowing wings

  May the brightest

           Of them all

Light your path

                     This season`s fall
