a tender moment

set a side in silence

found amongst chaos

in a world of violence

sounds of gentle ripples

caught in the sun light

lapping at the shore
creating mystic flight

with shadows moving
as the evening commences
offering some solitude

bringing peace to the senses

Birthday wishes Bubbles and Squeak

Purrfect Birthday Wishes!

Can`t believe its another birthday

 you both still look like young cats

bright eyed and full of energy

scampering about like acrobats

remembering the day you arrived

two tiny frightened balls of fur

lots of games and little mishaps 

ending with cuddles with a purr

so today will be full of little treats

now you`re 16 and full of mystique

may your day be filled with fun

Mum, my Angel!

Just to say "I love you Mum"

would mean the world to me

but since the angels gave you wings

I`ll share my love through poetry

popping round to have a chat

and share a cup of coffee too

we`d put right the world`s troubles

I`ll cherish those days forever

I miss your love and wisdom

your kindness and caring manner

now your free from earthy stress

bet you're full of heavenly glamour

on this, your birthday mum

I`m sending all my love your way

wish I could share a coffee with you

as we celebrate your special day!
