Outdoor Goodness


To step into the sun light
and feel the warmth upon my skin
absorbing all it`s goodness
let the sun take away my pain ......!

burning off this cold darkness
and hurt that`s dwelt here so long
running free through the grasses
stirs my heart, makes me strong

surrounded by fresh air and sun rays
there`s a smile upon my face
look around at all the wonders
give thanks for this fabulous place !
