numbed heart
torn in two
so many tears
from losing you

our direction
has lost its way
my whole world
gone that day

the road I walk
is unsteady
to travel alone
as I'm not ready

need you so
but you're not there
to much sorrow
I just can't bear

though you're not here
I see your light
a new star shines
in the sky tonight

watch over me
as I walk on
sing with me
our unique song

hold me together
now we're apart
wrap your wings
around my heart!
