Lazy Sundays

  Shhh its Sunday...a day of rest
  chill and relaxation are the best
  hot coffee while reading the paper
  quiet moments we so need to savour
  wafting aromas of a Sunday roast
  then maybe a stroll along the coast
  evenings in front of a roaring fire
  counting the days until we retire
  soft gentle memories remain so clear
  of lazy Sundays that we hold so dear
