Under subdued candle light
with soft music heard
low murmurs of voices
romantic feelings stirred

shared food on a table
with champaign in hand
eyes connect across a plate
transported to wonderland

the air is thick with emotion
a subtle vibe felt together
a perfect relationship found
this union would last for ever
