Edge of the shadows..

Silhouetted against the light

caught in quiet repose

this elegant creature watches

whilst hidden in the shadows

through the silence of this scene
gentle purring can be heard
as this feline sits motionless
not wishing her world to be stirred 

with her long whiskers twitching
eyes watching for any movement
black fur shimmering in the light
Cilla is the cat of the moment!
