It`s so important to listen to your heart, think positive, be happy, be bold and always be true to yourself.  After any stressful time, I revisit this poem and remember there`s always a way forward 💛

Listen to your heart

what do you hear

feel the joy within you

sweeping away the fear

dream big, don`t be afraid

step into the sunlight

be brave, be bold, be true

for your future is bright
