The bitter end

I thought I really knew you
I thought you really cared
But now I only see a child
Who`s really selfish and scared

You always seemed so strong to me
A tower of strength by my side
Though truthfully you`re just so weak
And to think, I nearly cried

All those things you said to me
Though you really believed them true
You went and broke my heart you see
Nothing`s left of me and you


Endings, break ups and the final chapter of the story,  they are all hard things to bare.
