when we celebrate your day

 and your land marks along the way

for Jon, you are my first born
there`s a bond betwix mother and son
your childhood, the building plans
for the tower of strength you're become

through many traumatic events
you've shown a strength of control
found a career as a blacksmith
sharing your passion and your soul

so never forget who you are
and that there are people who really care
for you`re a wonderful person
you possess a heart that`s so rare
