Evening Reflections

Reflections of the day
dwell deep in my mind
as the sun begins to set
I can start to unwind

the events of the day
can now draw to an end
I'll can hold them so dear
like a wonderful friend

when all is said and done
I still need my rest
so it`s time now to chill
the evenings are the best

watching the sun go down
pull up a chair and join me
we'`ll put the world to rights
and sharing a good story
