Power of the forge

red hot twisted metal
emerges from the fire
with hammer on anvil,
creating through desire

returning to the heat
while stoking up a storm
followed by rhythmic beating
hot metal will transform

the forge is filled with noise
heat, dust and vitality
this raw power over steel
sheer force and brutality

mastering of the hard steel
is a feat in its own right
the sheer power it instils
you just know you`ll win this fight.
