yet find yourself all alone
memories are all that`s left
now your children have flown
with the silence of the evening
only two cats for company
curled up in their usual chair
if only you could talk to somebody
with a tear running down the cheek
there`s sadness in the air tonight
for loneliness leads to depression
nothing ever feels quite right!
though it`s hard to feel happiness
when you`re alone at the end of the day
never give up on your family
they`re not really that far away!
