Wonderland and Covid-19

Nowhere can escape this pandemic
even those in Wonderland were stressed 
White Rabbits doesn`t need to race around
with his mask he tried to look well dressed

The Queen of Hearts was really grumpy
not able to continue with her croquet game
hedgehogs and flamingos had to social distance
the whole thing`s a great big shame

Mad Hatter`s tea parties can go ahead
as his table is big enough to cope
but bring your own cup of tea and cakes
and don`t forget to wash your hands with soap

poor little Dormouse hasn`t woken up
remaining in hibernation 
to scared to show his face during Covid
staying well away from civilisation 

The Tweedle twins are isolating
after Tweedle Dee had a nasty cough
staying indoor is very boring
both the boys have had enough

Cheshire Cat is feeling down in the dumps
his great big cheeky grin has faded away
Alice`s wonderland is needing some hugs
lockdown will end soon, then everyone can play
