Car-booing is quite a British pastime, where treasures and bargains are found, who`s up for a rummage then?
Treasure Hunt!
We`re going on a treasure hunt
there`s excitement in the air
what wonders will we find today
let`s go searching with some flair
stalking round the car boot sale
hunting an elusive bargain
rummaging through all the stalls
bamboozled by the jargon
with stalls stood in their lines
punters swarm over them all
hidden treasures to be found
from trinkets to a crystal ball!
the thrill of the hunt is on
once seen, the haggling begins
to and fro, the banter goes
in the end the hunter wins
for the best bargains to get
we`re up early on the Sunday
found in a hall or up in a field
it`s car-booting all the way!
