Remembering 9-11
standing tall and strong
with pride for the nation
symbolising great power
around the whole world
yet, on that fateful morn
all changed in an instant
as the terroists attacked
from the air with planes
as the world was awoke
never thinking the worst
as their world exploded
so the towers were gone
and 2753 lost their lives
therefore 20 years on we
recall each one by name
as a candle is lit for them
we remember the heroes
and heroines of that day
a day the world changed
now the time has arrived
for a nation to find peace
so much was lost that day
don`t let hate conquer you
