Merry Band of Men

a little band of merry workers

whistling happily on their way home

with their pickaxes on their shoulders

they haven`t got far that far to roam

Doc leads them through the forest

he`s the captain of this small troop

Grumpy closely follows next

he is the angry one of this group 

Happy smiling features come into view

full of laughter wherever he goes

next it`s Sleepy, trying to stay awake

why he`s can`t, no one knows

Sneezy, can`t help but sneezy all day

achoo! even in his sleep is heard

Bashful, a very shy member of the group

fluttering his eyes and knots his beard

bringing up the rear is Dopey

bald, beardless carrying a light

these dwarfs are cheeky chappies

whistling on the walk home tonight!
