knowing that the distance will be far
silence existing between us
but please leave the door ajar
never knowing when I`ll return
for this journey will be hard one
over much tough terrain
seeking reassurance until I'm done
just me and my trusty stead
racing through the countryside
battles to be fought and won
but would rather have you along side
just remember that I am with you
whether by your side or far away
for this distance does not matter
I will return to you one day
In this day and age people travel, but being back with our loved ones is always where our hearts are..!
