Emotions

curled up on my sofa
emotions flooding through
not quite sure what happened
but I feeling rather blue

a tear runs down my cheek
tracing lines on my face
there`s so much going on
not sure about this place

there`s silence all around
an eerie feeling here
loneliness of the heart
want this to disappear

if only I could smile
and take this pain away
I will win this battle
and live another day


emotions come and go  and we all have to cope with them...:)
