Red Flowers

a sensual moment
in the summer breeze
sweet alluring scent
wafting through the trees

with thin slender stems
swaying all together
they raise their heads tall
making most of the weather

petals tilted to the sun
in the warm afternoon light
showing off their beauty
in this secluded site
