Loved ones.....

why do the
ones we love
seem to hurt
us the most?
pain penetrates
so deeply
leaving us weak
like a ghost!

families should
love and support
through good times
and also the bad
not to bully
pick on and hurt
but encourage
give hugs when sad!

so is it now
that I feel pain
that`s taking over
deep within
eating me away
from inside to out
growing intense
like a heavy chain!

eyes searching
for some answers
where do we go
at this point in time?
need to feel loved
and trust once more
honesty is best
it`s not a crime

so I ask again
why is it, that
the ones you love
hurt you the must?
as forgiveness
is for the best
what we need now
is love and trust...!
