My Plea....


If there is a god in heaven
I ask just one thing of you
help me cope with life right now
there's tough times I can't get through

It's hard for me to admit this
as I'm weak and insecure,  you see
need help over this rough patch
no strength can be found in me!

Break down at any signs of trouble
becoming incapable of mind
no one to turn to in times of need
please help me to be caring and kind

The love I feel for my family
may you give me some will power
something I really need right now
I don't want to hide and cower.

So Lord I ask if you can help
and that you'll grant me this one prayer
my family is all I have left
so to loose my sanity, I could not bear.
