Be aware of Sadness

People can find themselves struggling with loneliness and depression.  Sometimes a small gesture, such as a text, a call or even a note, can be uplifting and very much appreciated.




A little Kindness

a simple message, text or call
or a short written sentence
just to say hi, are you ok?
can make all the difference

share kindness to help others 
supporting all those in need
for when we are feeling down
there`s someone to intercede

it`s not wrong to feel sadness
life can be extremely rough
with friends around to help us
we`ll show sadness, who`s tough!
