Each and everyone of us
has been affected in some way
bowel, breast, liver or skin
there are people told everyday
for everyone told, a family weeps
cancer doesn't care who you are
from the start its changes each life
found round the world, near or far
with scientists across all nations
trying to conquer a lasting cure
chemo, drugs and even prayers
we won`t give up research, for sure
let`s come together to make it right
as the world falls on it`s knees
with science, meds we`ll win this fight
one day we`ll be free of this disease
