My friend Philip
is a real cool guy
great to be with
sad to say goodbye

took a long time
for us to meet
but very happy
as we got on a treat

we shared a joke
enjoyed a cream tea
chatted about so much
and walked by the sea

glad we met up
spent time together
Les and Mark are great
shame about the weather

So let me just say
Phil you came through
you`re one of a kind
I'm glad to know you
