Colours....

Where ever we look there`s colour
from brown soil to the blue skies
even the shades of our skin
kaleidoscopes for our eyes

long rows of red bricked houses
wood work painted in many hues
all the flowers in their gardens
bumble bees feel so enthused

then through all the countryside
fields of bright yellow rape seeds
fruit trees covered in blossom
village ponds edged by tall reeds

for everywhere there`s colours
such emotions can be found
each changed with the seasons
enjoy it as you look around

Colour stimulates our minds
and can brighten up our days
gives us an appetite for life
cheers us up in many ways


Colours, colours everywhere, love the many vivid hues....
