NaPoWriMo 2022

Day 6 - prompt    Acrostic - challenged to write an acrostic poem using a phrase, or newspaper headline or quote.  Instead of the first letter of each line spelling a word, this is a the first word spelling out a phrase.

Smile and you feel happy

and all is well around you

the more you laugh you smile

world is a better place to be

smiles brighten us our lives

with hugs thrown in for good measure

you know you`re going to be alright!

An elderly lady wasn`t feeling well

apple is good for you, said her son

a smile grew across her face the

day she started to eat more fruit

keeps the nasty bugs away

the more you eat the better you feel

doctor was in agreement with this

away with pills and potions!
