The show..!

The big night is here
preparations done
time to make your way
tonight'll be great fun

The stage is all set
anticipation
can"t wait, curtains up
it's a sensation !

As he bounds on stage
we all give a cheer
let the show begin
so glad we are here

Lost none of his wit
such a funny man
great for everyone
from partner to gran!

We're all in stitches
streaming tears from eyes
as we laugh so much
as new gags arise

The interval's here
refreshments taken
then back to our seats
laugh bud awaken

The times goes so quick
we've come to the end
it's time to go home
so farewell my friend!
