Prompt -   today we`re challenged to write a poem using an idiomatic phrase translated from a foreign language.

He who doesn`t have a dog, hunts with a cat
you make the most of what you`ve got

quem nao tem cao caca com gato!    Portuguese idiom.


Always Be Grateful

life is what you make of it
never expect any freebies
make the most of all you`ve got
for nothing is ever easy

be grateful of the life you have
and always remember that,
he who doesn`t have a dog
will have to hunt with a cat
