Day 16 national Poetry Writing month 2021

Prompt -  have some fun today by writing a Skeltonic or tumbling verse.  In this form there`s no specific number of syllables per line but each line should be short  and aim to have at least2 to 3 stressed syllables ad also the lines should rhyme. Rhyme the same sounds until you get tired of it and then move on to another sound.

old rustic hulk

that once carried bulk

amidst sand, does sulk

built from oak trees

sailed the seven seas

yet brought to it`s knees

scuttled by the storm

stripped of it`s uniform

left to decay in the warm!
