Small town in Borough of Tonbridge and Malling

Notable for its beautiful countryside, sports and quirky name

Originally known as Snoddingland and first mentioned in 838AD

Documented in the Domes Day Book as Esnoiland 

Local lime works supplied materials for making Waterloo Bridge.

All St Church was built using stone from nearby Roman villa

Named on a tracks by Soft Machine and Judge Dread

Diverse place full of intrigue, history and a great place to visit!
